Welcome to ShareMeSub. By accessing or using our platform at sharemesub.com ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Service.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
1.3. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
1.4. One person may not maintain more than one account.
1.5. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2.1. ShareMeSub is a marketplace that connects subscription sellers with buyers.
2.2. All listings must accurately describe the subscription being offered, including service name, plan type, duration, and number of available slots.
2.3. Sellers must have a valid, active subscription to the service they are listing.
2.4. Misrepresenting listings or providing false information is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
2.5. Users must not use the platform for any illegal purposes.
3.1. All payments are processed through our secure payment partners (Stripe, Paystack, Flutterwave).
3.2. Prices are set by sellers and displayed in the currency specified on the listing.
3.3. ShareMeSub charges a 5% platform fee on each transaction, deducted from the seller's payout.
3.4. Payments are held in escrow until the buyer confirms receipt of the subscription access.
3.5. ShareMeSub is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or additional bank fees.
4.1. Sellers must deliver subscription access within 24 hours of receiving an order unless otherwise specified.
4.2. Sellers must maintain the subscription for the full duration agreed upon in the listing.
4.3. Sellers must respond to buyer inquiries and disputes within 48 hours.
4.4. Sellers must not revoke, change, or restrict access after delivery without proper notification.
4.5. Sellers are solely responsible for complying with the subscription provider's terms of service.
5.1. Buyers are entitled to receive the subscription access exactly as described in the listing.
5.2. Buyers may raise a dispute within 7 days of purchase if the delivery does not match the listing description.
5.3. Buyers are protected by our escrow system — funds are not released to the seller until delivery is confirmed.
5.4. Buyers have the right to leave reviews and ratings for sellers after a completed transaction.
6.1. All transactions on ShareMeSub are processed through our escrow system.
6.2. Funds are held securely until the buyer confirms delivery of the subscription access.
6.3. If the buyer does not confirm or dispute within 72 hours of delivery, funds are automatically released to the seller.
6.4. In case of a dispute, funds remain in escrow until the dispute is resolved by our support team.
7.1. Refunds are available if the seller fails to deliver the subscription access within the specified timeframe.
7.2. Refunds are available if the delivered subscription does not match the listing description.
7.3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase through our dispute system.
7.4. Once a buyer has confirmed delivery and the escrow is released, refunds are at the discretion of ShareMeSub's support team.
7.5. Platform fees are non-refundable except in cases of platform error.
8.1. Listing stolen, pirated, or illegally obtained subscription accounts.
8.2. Listing subscriptions obtained through fraudulent means (e.g., stolen credit cards).
8.3. Sharing accounts that violate the subscription provider's terms of service in a way that could result in account termination.
8.4. Selling subscriptions to services that promote illegal content.
8.5. Using the platform to launder money or engage in fraudulent financial activity.
8.6. Attempting to bypass the escrow system or conduct transactions off-platform.
9.1. The ShareMeSub platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of ShareMeSub.
9.2. Users retain ownership of content they create on the platform (listings, reviews, messages).
9.3. By posting content on ShareMeSub, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content on the platform.
9.4. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works based on any part of the ShareMeSub platform without written consent.
10.1. ShareMeSub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10.2. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the account settings page.
10.3. Upon termination, any pending transactions will be handled according to our escrow and refund policies.
10.4. ShareMeSub may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes after account deletion.
11.1. ShareMeSub acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers.
11.2. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of subscriptions listed on the platform.
11.3. ShareMeSub's liability is limited to the platform fees collected and does not extend to the full transaction value.
11.4. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
11.5. We are not responsible for service interruptions of third-party subscription providers.
12.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
12.2. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification.
12.3. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
